Comprehensive Exam
During a comprehensive exam, Dr. Khamees will not only evaluate the quality of your vision, but also the health of the whole eye. A comprehensive eye exam can provide early detection of other health problems including glaucoma, diabetes, vascular diseases and many others.
Insurance Considerations
If you have coverage from an insurance company that we do not accept, we will ask that you render payment in full and we will give you a detailed and itemized statement to submit to your insurance company. You may be reimbursed directly from your insurance company. The amount of reimbursement to you will be a predetermined usual, customary and reasonable (UCR) fee for the services you received and may not equal the full amount you paid.
